Lectio Divina

Monday mornings 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 in Room 404.

Lectio Divina is an ancient way of praying with scripture. Each Monday morning we gather in the Room 404 to listen to the scripture that the sermon will be based on for the following Sunday. As a small group, we read and reflect on the scripture passage using the lectio format of three readings. During our silence and shared reflections we come to a deeper understanding of the meaning of the scripture passage. It is a time to learn, to gather in a small group and to encounter God's compassion as the Word is revealed. All are welcome.
