Youth Ensemble

The Youth Ensemble seeks to provide an outlet for young people of all middle school and high school ages with a variety of interests to participate in enhancing our worship experience. Several opportunities exist to provide an avenue for dramatic expression during the church year, and depending upon the amount of interest and talents offered, these could take the form of a skits, readings, dance, or musical expression.     Jim Boratko brings many years of experience and love of Christian music to our First Church community. Jim is one of a dwindling number of pipe organists in the country and has had extensive training under Claude Means to fine-tune his amazing skills. Along with directing our choirs each week, he has been instrumental (pun intended) in bringing guest artists such as Paul Halley; Chorus Angelicus; George Sovak; and the African Children's Choir.
