Take a break from the stress of life and connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Through yoga postures, breathing, and meditation techniques, quiet your mind and learn to hear the quiet voice of spirit, while strengthening your body.
This Kripalu yoga class, taught by Nancy Murray, E-RYT500, is appropriate for students at all levels, including beginners.
